1、·534·中华行为医学与脑科学杂志2014年6月第23卷第6期ChinJBehavMed＆BrainSci，June2014，Vo1．23，N·基础研究·肉豆蔻挥发油对行为绝望抑郁小鼠的影响孙婷婷崔瑛汪晶杨晶晶张月月赵华伟王桁杰【摘要】目的观察肉豆蔻挥发油对行为绝望抑郁小鼠的影响并探讨其作用机制。方法健康雄性昆明种小鼠分为对照组、盐酸氟西汀组、肉豆蔻挥发油高、中、低剂量组，连续灌胃(ig)7d，末次给药0．5h后通过悬尾实验、强迫游泳实验研究肉豆蔻挥发油的抗抑郁作用，采用酶联免疫法测定小鼠脑内5一羟色胺(5-HT)、多巴胺(DA)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)的含量。结果与对照组[(82

2、．60~24．70)s]比较，肉豆蔻挥发油中剂量组小鼠悬尾不动的时间[(54．40±15．87)s]显著降低，差异具有统计学意义(P<0．05)；肉豆蔻挥发油中剂量组小鼠脑内5-HT、DA、NE的含量分别为(19．35±2．79)ng／ml、(12．16+0．71)pg／ml、(0．27~0．12)pg／ml，对照组小鼠脑内三种递质的含量分别为(14．95_+4．83)ng／ml、(11．32_+0．95)pml、(0．20_+0．11)ng／ml，中剂量组5-HT含量显著增高，差异具有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论肉豆蔻挥发油有抗抑郁作用，可能与提高小鼠脑内5-HT、DA、N
