2、×10g/mL、6.25×10g/mL和对照(CK)4种浓度柠条各组织水浸提液,培养发芽的黑豆种子。测定各处理植株的第3~4片真叶完全展开后的光合生理指标。结果表明:1)一定光强范围内,随着光强的增加,同一浓度处理下,叶片净光合速率、蒸腾速率均呈上升趋势;2)在一定光强下,对于同一处理,随着浸提液浓度的增加,叶片净光合速率、蒸腾速率均明显低于对照。3)柠条不同组织释放化感物质并作用于受体植物,抑制其光合作用。[关键词]柠条组织;浸提液;黑豆;化感作用;光合特性[中图分类号]Q948[文献标识码]AEffectsofAqueousExtractsofDifferentO
