1、安徽医学第35卷第4期420AnhuiMedicalJournal2014年4月脑型Wilson病患者智力水平及智力结构的研究李波王共强韩咏竹韩永升马心峰[摘要]目的通过神经心理学测验评估脑型Wilson病(Wilson'sdisease,WD)患者晶体智力和流体智力水平,探讨其智力结构变化的特点及相关因素。方法选取32例脑型WD患者为研究对象,采用韦氏智力量表、瑞文标准推理测验(R′SPM)进行晶体智力和流体智力测评,运用SPSS11.5软件分析患者的晶体智力、流体智力变化及相关因素。结果43.75%脑型WD患者晶体智力水平下降,78.13%脑型WD患者流体智力水平
2、下降,瑞文标准推理测验智商(RWIQ)得分低于韦氏智力测定全量表智商(FIQ)得分(P<0.05);韦氏智力测定言语量表智商(VIQ)、韦氏智力测定操作量表智商(PIQ)与FIQ呈正相关(P<0.05),瑞文标准推理测验E分测验(RWE)、性别与RWIQ呈正相关(P<0.05),FIQ与RWIQ无相关性(P>0.05)。结论脑型WD患者的智力结构存在不均衡受损,流体智力水平下降较晶体智力水平更为明显。流体智力和晶体智力不可相互替代。[关键词]Wilson病;肝豆状核变性;晶体智力;流体智力;相关因素doi:10.3969/j.issn.1000-0399.2014.0
