2、SOisacriterionwhichtheconcernedaeronauticalmaterials,partsorappliancesusedoncivilaircraftmustcomplywithwhenitispresentedforairworthinesscertification.AirspeedInstruments1.Purpose.ThisChinaCivilAviationTechnicalStandardOrder(CTSO)isappliedtomanufacturerswhoapplyfort

3、echnicalstandardspecificationprojectapproval(CTSOA)forairspeedinstruments.ThisCTSOspecifiestheminimumperformancecriteriathatmustbemetfortheairspeedinstrumentstobeapprovedandidentifiedusingtheapplicableCTSOmarking2.Applicability.ThisCTSOappliestoapplicationsubmitted

4、afteritseffectivedate.ForequipmentapprovedbyCTSO,majordesignchangesshallbereappliedforCTSOAinaccordancewithsection21.353ofCCAR-21R4.3.RequirementsAirspeedinstrumentsmanufacturedonoraftertheeffectivedateof-1-EnglishTranslationVersionforReferenceOnlyCAACCTSO-C2dthisC

5、TSOandintendedtobeidentifiedwiththisCTSOmarkshallmeettheSAEAS8019A（March30,1981）,aswellasthesupplementsandamendmentsmadeinaccordancewiththisCTSO.a.TheenvironmentalidentificationshallbeinaccordancewiththetestconditionsinRTCA/DO-160E“environmentalconditionsandtestpro

6、ceduresforairborneequipment”andthestandardenvironmentalconditionsandtestproceduresapplicabletotheequipmentshallbeprovedthattheperformanceoftheequipmentmeetstherequirements.Note:Ingeneral,RTCA/DO-160D(includingChange1andChange2)orearlierversionsarenolongerapplicable

7、.Ifthisversionisused,itshallbecertifiedinaccordancewiththedeviationrequirementsinsection3.cofthisCTSO.b.SoftwareidentificationIfsoftwareiscontainedintheequipment,thesoftwareshallbedevelopedinaccordancewithRTCA/DO-178B“SoftwareConsiderationsinAirborneSystemsandEquip
