1、第24卷第2期吉林农业科技学院学报Vo1.24,No.22015年O6月JournalofJilinAgricuhuralScienceandTechnologyUniversityJune,2015干旱胁迫下不同施氮量对玉米开花期叶片生理指标的影响金林峰,于海燕,吕艳杰(1.吉林农业科技学院植物科学学院,吉林132101;2.吉林省农业科学院,长春130033)摘要:玉米是耗水量大、对缺水较为敏感的作物,不同生育时期干旱对玉米产量影响不同,本试验研究了水氮耦合对玉米开花期各项生理指标及产量影响,结果表明:叶绿素含量、净光合速率与蒸腾速率随着施氮量的增加呈上升趋势,3项生理指标对照
2、区均大于干旱胁迫区,在干旱胁迫区随着施氯量增加丙二醛含量呈下降趋势;当施氮量超出一定范围后,光合速率下降比叶绿素的含量较为迅速:对照区与干旱胁迫区玉米产量及百粒重的变化趋势相近,随着施氮量的增加玉米产量及百粒重均呈上升趋势。且均以N2值最高。研究结果为干旱条件下合理施氮及玉米的高产栽培提供了理论依据。关键词:干旱胁迫:施氮量;开花期:生理指标中图分类号:$513文献标识码:AEfectsofDiferentAmountofNitrogenFertilizationonLeafPhysiologicalIndicatorsofCornintheFloweringPeriodJINLi
