4、：1007—4287(2015)07—1049—03肥胖模型大鼠锌营养状态指标的检测及意义陈巾宇，杨野仝，张桂英，杨青，刘雅娟(吉林大学公共卫生学院营养与食品卫生学，吉林长春130021)摘要：目的探讨肥胖大鼠体内锌代谢指标的变化情况，为调整膳食结构，防治肥胖提供理论依据。方法将2O只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组和肥胖组，每组1O只，分别喂养普通饲料和高脂饲料，8周后眼球取血处死。试剂盒测血清锌含量、碱性磷酸酶活性及血管紧张素转化酶活性。结果与对照组大鼠比较，肥胖组大鼠血清铁含量、碱性磷酸酶活性及血管紧张素转化酶活性均有所升高(P
