2、探头与双体位扫查，术后病理对比观察。结果彩色多普勒超声图像显示：腹股沟区域或者阴囊区域内均有大小不同的回声和高回声，且包块与腹腔相通，宽度长度5．0～14．0mm。内容物见蠕动肠腔回声，内容物较大为大网膜，且包块内回声偏强，未见蠕动，伴有血流信号。高低频联合检查诊断率为100．O％，Vs高频、低频彩色多普勒超声检查诊断率72．5％、50．0％，且数据的比较差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论临床中应用彩色多普勒超声高低频探头与双体位扫查联合可以较好的对腹股沟疝进行诊断，且双体位的扫查可以更好对疝内容物性质进行诊断，在临
