4、cies,andtheDoDFieldActivitiesinaccordancewithUSD(AT&L)Memorandumdated29May2002.UFCwillbeusedforallDoDprojectsandworkforothercustomerswhereappropriate.UFCarelivingdocumentsandwillbeperiodicallyreviewed,updated,andmadeavailabletousersaspartoftheServices’responsibilityforprov

5、idingtechnicalcriteriaformilitaryconstruction.Headquarters,U.S.ArmyCorpsofEngineers(HQUSACE),NavalFacilitiesEngineeringCommand(NAVFAC),andAirForceCivilEngineerSupportAgency(AFCESA)areresponsibleforadministrationoftheUFCsystem.Defenseagenciesshouldcontactthepreparingservice
