1、应变强化后容器的外压屈曲分析陈希,郑津洋,缪存坚,高晓哲,惠培子,丁会明(1.浙江大学化工机械研究所浙江杭州310027;2.高压过程装备与安全教育部工程研究中心,浙江杭州310027;3.流体动力与机电系统国家重点实验室,浙江杭州310027)摘要:在应变强化过程中,容器会发生塑性变形。为了解该变形对于容器外压稳定性的影响,确立了全面考虑强化影响的非线性屈曲分析方法,并选择不圆度作为初始几何缺陷,进行理想容器和含初始不圆度容器在强化前后的屈曲求解,通过比较屈曲载荷、屈曲模态以及载荷位移曲线的变化来探究应变强化过程对容器外压稳定性的影响规律。结果表明,建立的容器模型的屈曲载荷具有
