2、反输送工艺的温降变化进行仿真。分析正反输运行时沿线油温随时间变化规律,首站油温随时间变化规律及不同时刻加热后的油头在管道中流动时的温降变化规律。仿真结果分析表明,反输开始后,反输首站油温先迅速降低后升高,最后达到稳定,且反输运行温降变化在20h左右达到稳定;对于保温管道,反输最低温度出现在冷油头到达首站时,在制定正反输运行方案时需特别注意。通过运用SPS软件对埋地热油管道正反输温降分析,可对以后制定正反输运行方案具有一定指导意义。关键词:寒区;输油管道;正反输;SPS仿真软件;温降中图分类号:TE832文献标识码:A文章编号:1
