2、加索蜜蜂、营养杂交子一代(F1)和子四代(F4)群势的影响,同时检测了江山2号意蜂、中华蜜蜂、F1代和F4代工蜂对敌百虫、啶虫脒和桃病康的抗性。结果表明:营养杂交意蜂敌敌畏中毒后群势削减率显著低于江山2号意蜂与高加索蜜蜂;营养杂交意蜂F4代对敌百虫的抗性均显著强于中蜂与江山2号。营养杂交意蜂F1代和F4代工蜂对啶虫脒和高剂量的桃病康抗性均显著强于中蜂与江山2号,且F4代显著强于F1代。中意蜂营养杂交的意蜂对敌敌畏、敌百虫、啶虫脒和桃病康等农药的抗性显著增强。关键词:中华蜜蜂;意大利蜜蜂;营养杂交;抗农药性能中图分类号:S89
