2、年来针对压力容器安全监察的有关文件,汇总《固定式压力容器安全技术监察规程》宣贯、实施中存在的具体问题,收集网上咨询意见,增补相应内容,重点解决当前存在的突出问题。•5.扩展材料范围,重点解决铸钢、铸铁压力容器材料技术要求(安全系数、化学成分、力学性能和适用范围),增加非焊接瓶式容器高强钢材料技术要求。•6.按照固定式压力容器各环节分章进行描述,每个环节的边界尽可能清晰,明确相应的主体责任(如明确耐压试验介质、压力、温度,无损检测方法、比例,热处理等技术要求由设计者提出并且放到相应设计章节)。•7.理顺法规与标准的关系,整合、凝练固定式压力容器基本安全要求,将一些详细的技术内容放
