2、约型增长方式转变。国内石油公司在取消油田维护费的基础之上，严格控制了设备检维修的费用，这对降低成本，提高企业效益有一定的作用。但在设备维修费用控制的过程中，我国的石油企业也暴露出了不小的问题，比如资金投入少、维护不到位、设备维修计划不健全、在停工的情况下给企业造成了巨大的损失。因此，如何保证油田设备正常运作的情况下有效控制维修成本，已越来约为人们所关注和研究。本文重点讨论的是如何控制大庆油田试油试采分公司的设备检维修成本问题。论文首先从成本控制的相关理论入手，重点介绍了成本控制的概念、程序和方法，从而引出维修成
