3、hraquinone)canattenuateinflammatoryresponseinratslungswithacutenecroticpancreatitis(ANP).MethodA-cutenecroticpancreatitismodelwasinducedbyinjectionof3%sodiumtaurocholicacidintothesubcapsularofpancreasandemodinwasadministeredbyintestineperfusion.Plasmaamy
4、laseof3,6and12hwithacutenecroticpancreatitiswasmeasuredtogetherwiththedetectionofIL-1,IL-6andIL-10mRNAexpressionsinratslungsbysem-iquantitativeRT-PCR.ImmunohistochemistrywasdetectedtheexpressionofIL-1convertingenzyme(ICE)intheratslungs.ResultPlasmaamy
5、laseof3,6and12hwithacutenecroticpancreatitisgroupsareobviouslyhighascomparedwithnormalgroup(P<0.05).Plasmaamylasewas(1611.20218.72)IU/Linnormalgroup.Plas-maamylaseof3,6and12hwithacutenecroticpancreatitisgroupswere(1981.4056.81)IU/L,(3287.40612.37)IU/La
6、nd(4914.60746.82)IU/L.Plasmaamylaseof3,6and12hwithacutenecroticpancreatitisaftertreatmentwithemodingroupswereobviouslylowascomparedwitha-cutenecroticpancreatitisgroups.Theplasmaamylasewas(1617.20136.80)IU/L,(2323.40318.19)IU/Land(2670.20390.03)IU/Lres
7、pectively.ThestudyshowedthatthemRNAexpres-sionofpro-inflammatorycytokinIL-1andtheexpressionofIL-6,aswellastheexpressionofIL-1convertingenzyme(ICE)weredecreasedandIL-10wasincreased.ConclusionThestudydemon-stratesthatemodinplaysanmiportantroleinreducingpl
