1、经尿道电切术合并毗柔比星膀胱灌注治疗女性腺性膀胱炎之临床疗效印荣（苏州市市立医院北区泌尿外科，江苏苏州215008）【摘要】目的探讨釆用经尿道电切术合并毗柔比星膀胱灌注治疗女性腺性膀胱炎的临床疗效。方法苏州市市立医院北区泌尿外科于2009年7月至2012年12月期间釆用经尿道电切术合并毗柔比星膀胱灌注法治疗40例女性腺性膀胱炎。结果所有手术均取得成功，平均手术时间约22.4±6.3min,术后留置尿管平均时间4.2±2.Id,平均住院时间5.3+2.5d。经综合治疗后，40例病例中痊愈21例（52.5%）,好
2、转15例（37.5%）,无效4例（10.0%）。总有效（治愈+好转）4■达92.3%。术中术后未出现严重出血、膀胱穿孔、尿失禁等并发症，治疗期间亦无患者出现肝肾功能异常。结论经尿道电切术联合毗柔比星膀胱灌注是治疗女性腺性膀胱炎及预防复发和恶变的有效方法。【关键词】经尿道电切术；腺性膀胱炎；毗柔比星；膀胱灌注；【中图法分类号】R694+.3【文献标识码1A地址：苏州市广济路242号（215008）Clinicalbenefitsofusingtransurethralresectionincorporatedw

8、)是一种膀胱黏膜增殖性及化生性病变，尽管其病因至今仍未完全明确，但业内普遍认为其存在向恶性病变转化的高度风险，因此，本着既消除病症且防止复发和恶变的治疗方针，苏州市市立医院北区泌尿外科采用经尿道膀胱黏膜电切汽化术联合膀胱灌注抗肿瘤药物毗柔比星治疗40例女性腺性膀胱炎，取得满意疗效，现报道如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料苏州市市立医院北区泌尿外科于2009年7月至2012年12月期间收治40例腺性膀胱
