7、业标准制、修订计划项目的通知》电力【2000]22号文的要求,国电电力建设研究所组织行业内有关单位组成标准修订组,对DL5007-1992《电力建设施工及验收技术规范》(火力发电厂焊接篇)进行了修订,其格式按照DUT600-2001《电力行业标准编写基本规定》的规定。本标准修订过程中,参照了有关国际标准、国家标准和国内有关标准及规定。根据我国电力建设工程技术的发展和标准化工作的要求,在进行调查研究的基础上,对本标准作出定位。本标准和DL/T678-1999《电站钢结构焊接通用技术条件》共同构成电力行业焊接工作的主干标准。本标准可以作为电力
