1、生命绳试验方案TestPlanofLifeLine1.编制说明Introduction根据钢结构工程施工安全的需要,确保施工人员在高空作业行走安全,TeamA钢结构区域2M及2M以上施工区域需搭设生命线。生命线拟定每个节间范围内设两名作业人员。每名作业人员按0.7KN计。Asperrequirementsofsafetyworkduringinstallationofsteel,lifelineshouldbefixedatworkingareasthatishigherthan2meters(included2meters)inTeam
2、Atoensurethesafetyofworkmenatheight.Designatetwoworkmenineverysectionoflifeline.Takeeachworkmanfor0.7KNwhencalculating.2.技术要求TechnicalRequirement利用已有钢柱、钢梁,采用捆绑。卡环固定在柱两端,设置不高于1500M,9.3钢丝绳。生命线的绑扎不得少于三个锁扣,同时为了确保生命线处于拉紧状态,一段必须安装一个花篮螺丝,用来调节松紧度。为了减少钢丝绳挠度并编制计算长度,沿线按不大于8000设置一个中间

5、caffoldworkerswhohaseffectivecertificate.1)生命线搭设完毕,必须经TOYO检验,并在第一次使用前做冲击试验,合格后挂牌使用。Whenthelifelineisinstalled,inspectionshouldbeperformedbyTOYO.Executeimpactexperimentbeforeinitialusage.Hangtagifqualified.2)在使用周期内,必须经常维护检查。发现问题及时处理。Duringusingperiod,regularmaintenanceandi
6、nspectionshouldbecarriedout.Solveproblemtimely.3)对重复搭设使用的生命线必须仔细检查夹头、钢丝绳的磨损情况。如磨损情况超出规定标准,应及时更换。Forrepeatedlyusedlifeline,checkthewearingconditionofcollets,steelwirescarefully.Ifwearingexceedstheallowablerangeofspecifications,changeshouldbemadeforwornparts.1.计算1)钢丝绳计算根据立柱
