1、WebsiteMaintenanceContractContactNameContactNumberCompanyNameAddressEmailWebsiteURLHostUsernamePasswordAgreement{Contractor}willprovidewebsitemaintenanceservicestotheclientlistedabove,beginningon{date}.Services{Contractor}willprovidethefollowingservicestotheClient,whicharep

5、gthewebsitemaintenance,includingbutnotlimitedtologos,writtenmaterials,andproducts,belongsolelytotheClient.{Contractor}hasnorightstotheseitemsinanyway.{Contractor}willmaintainownershipofthespecificdesigns,includingtexts,graphicsandphotos,thathe/she/itcreatesforthepurposesoft
