2、关控制器。该开关控制器采用自适应动态压力平衡系统,其活塞阀开启和关闭时可承受20MPa压力差;采用油管传输声波信号的声波遥控技术,从地面遥控井下开关控制器开启、关闭,根据工艺要求进行分层开采或分段开采。室内静压试验表明,开关控制器在125℃、50MPa高温高压条件下,稳压30min,整体设备无渗漏无变形;耐压差试验表明,活塞在承受25MPa压差的情况下,压力平衡装置可以承受压差,电机驱动活塞做上下往复运动,动密封不渗不漏。现场试验表明,声波接收器接收地面指令后,可以控制电机驱动装置打开或关闭开关阀。试验结果表明,该开关控制器可为油井提高开采效率提供技术支持。关键词:
