5、inatedandsustainabledevelopmentbetweenpopulation,economy,society,resourcesandenvironment,promotingfamilyplanning,protectinglegalrightsandinterestsofcitizens,andenhancingwelfareoffamilies,prosperityofthenationanddevelopmentofsociety.Article2TheseRegulat
6、ionsapplytothepopulationandfamilyplanningprogramswithintheMunicipality’sadministrativearea.AdministrationoffamilyplanningprogramsforfloatingpopulationshallobserverelevantstipulationsoftheStateandtheMunicipality.Article3Thepeople’sgovernmentsatalllevels
7、shallstrengthenmanagementofpopulationandfamilyplanningprograms,andtakecomprehensivemeasurestocontrolthesize,raisethequality,improvethestructureandpromoterationaldistributionofpopulation.Thepeople’sgovernmentsatalllevelsshallenhancepublicityandeducation
