4、要害不是什么“改变原句“的意思，大仙已经再三强掉，A不代表作者本来想表达的意思，所以也不存在“原句”的提法。判断意思对不对，唯一的标准是逻辑。这句的要害在于，假如用转折关系来修饰Polio继续这个事儿，则把该病被除掉以及可以被带到世界其它地方变成了并列关系。而实际上那2者按照意思应该是转折关系。(D)havingbeeneradicated使用错误,应该去掉havingbeen;iscapableofbeing表示拥有某种能力,用在此处不合适(E)正确,整个句子简洁,表达清晰,用could表达一种可能
