1、工程意向协议书范本篇一：工程项目施工承包意向协议1工程项目施工承包意向协议甲方：湖南锦江实业投资有限公司乙方：甲方将号楼工程项目约平方以包工包料的形式承包给乙方施工，经甲、乙双方协商，达成如下意向协议。一、工程承包内容1、该工程项目号楼的基础、主体、屋面、室内外粉刷、明沟散水及水、电都在乙方施工承包合同范围内，待设计施工图审图盖章后再签正式施工合同。2、三通一平、消防、电梯、外墙装饰、门窗、网络通信等弱电工程由甲方另外发包。3、道路、绿化、亮化等附属工程由甲方另外发包。二、承包工程价格1、甲乙双方按照设计图纸所标明的工程内容，工程拟采用包干形式承包或预算定额
