7、Cfa)及46最低稳燃负荷率(BMLR)IDL/T831一2002宣前刁本标准是根据原电力工业部《关于下达1996年电力行业标准制、修订计划项目的通知》(综科教仁1996]40号文)安排制定的。本标准是推荐性标准。迄今煤粉燃烧锅炉燃烧方式的选择、炉膛特征参数的选择,以及燃烧器设计参数的选择,还不能完全依赖计算,而在相当程度上是凭借经验,即依靠工业实践和试验,根据相似准则放大或类推,这些实践和试验结果又与燃料性质息息相关。因此,广泛掌握已运行的现场锅炉结构特征、燃料性质和运行效果的大量数据信息,通过优化和
8、推导,得出合理的设计准则,再用以指导实践,就显得十分重要。本标准就是在总结国内电站锅炉运行经验的基础上,针对大容量(额定发电功率300MW及以上)煤粉燃烧锅炉首次制定的有关燃烧方式和炉膛轮廓选型工作的导则。大容量锅炉炉体庞大,结构复杂,一旦设计制造安装完毕,就很难对炉膛容积和形状做实质性修改。因此,在电站主设备询价采购阶段,在锅炉设计之初,就应根据机组容量和设计煤质选定适宜的燃烧方式和相应的炉膛关键特征参数值,使新装锅炉达到较好的燃烧效果,
