2、钻采工艺,2012,34(2):77-80.摘要:针对含油污泥调剖剂注入困难和容易二次采出的问题,采用SEM测定并分析了胜利油田含油污泥微观形貌和组成特征。分析了不同类型分散剂对含油污泥分散特性的影响,优选出分散剂Na2CO的适宜加量为0.8%~1.0%。通过流变性实验分析了4种悬浮剂对含油污泥悬浮性能的影响,确定出适宜的悬浮剂及其加量;在此基础上加入成胶剂和引发剂制成凝胶型含油污泥调剖体系。测定了含油污泥凝胶调剖剂的断裂应力,并通过物理模拟实验评价了调剖效果。结果表明,在储层条件下生成的凝胶型含油污泥调剖剂不会发生脆性破坏,能有效提高原油采收率5.5%。关键词:含油污泥;分散剂;
