2、网损耗影响因素较多,需要找出具有关键影响性的因素。使配电网的节能改造更有针对性。采用经层次分析法变权处理的经典灰色关联法。分析了配电网主要损耗影响因素与线损率之间的关联度,提取出关键耗能环节。并针对关键耗能环节实施降损措施。以降损改造后变压器及线路上损耗引起的直接和间接损耗费用最少作为目标函数,并考虑投资总额,运行可靠性和安全性等约束条件,建立了降损优化决策模型。采用穷举法求解决策模型,列出降损措施的各类组合方案,计算并比较各方案的降损效益,找出最优组合。最后通过算例验证了本文所提方法的有效性及实用性。关键词:配电网;关键耗能环节:降损决策
