2、空调等降温负荷在夏季用电负荷中所占比重近年来总体呈上升趋势。在此背景下,分析了负荷与气温的关系,发展了考虑气温累积效应和负荷对气温变化灵敏度的短期负荷预测方法。首先,通过考虑待预测日的气温高温持续天数以及待预测日与历史日的温差来计算气温累积效应强度。从而对气温进行修正;在此基础上,采用回归模型来分析负荷对气温变化的灵敏度;之后,以历史日负荷为基准值,根据待预测日与历史日的气温差异对待预测日的负荷进行预测。最后,用广东电力系统的历史负荷数据对所发展的负荷预测方法做了大量测试,表明了预测精度满足系统调度机构要求
