6、raint(hardwalls).Weshowthatitsexcessfreeenergydisplaysathird-ordersingularityseparatingthepushedandpulledphases,irrespectiveofrangeofthepairwiseinteraction,dimensionanddetailsoftheconfiningpotential.TheexplicitexpressionoftheexcessfreeenergyisuniversalandinterpolatesbetweentheCoulomb
