2、动再制造中的相关概念,归纳主动再制造的主要特征。同时为了更加合理地实现主动再制造,针对产品中零部件问的关系,进行主动再制造设计的探讨,建立主动再制造设计理论与设计方法框架,阐述主动再制造设计的基础理论和基本流程,并且对应于主动再制造设计中的产品级设计、零部件级设计和结构级设计分别提出了寿命匹配、结构功能梯度和冗余强度,并进行了综合分析。以发动机曲轴.连杆系统为例,进行了主动再制造设计,结果表明。提出的设计理论与设计方法是有效、可行的。关键词:主动再制造;寿命匹配;结构功能梯度;冗余强度中图分类号:TH:
