2、。以被加工工件的直线度、圆跳动、平面度和表面粗糙度值为评价指标，使用新型双柱立式车床和同规格的传统C6235双柱立式车床对被测零件进行粗加工和半精加工，然后对加工后零件质量进行比较分析。结果显示使用新型双柱立式车床粗加工后的零件质量低于普通双柱立式车床加工后的零件质量，但能够满足立式车床加工零件后所需达到的加工精度要求，半精加工后的零件质量优于普通双柱立式车床加工后的零件质量。因此新型双柱立式车床具有较好的应用前景。关键词：双柱；立车；圆柱横梁；圆立柱；推力球轴承中图分类号：TG515文献标识码：A文章编号：1001—3881(2013)16—00
