2、再生胶砂强度比。研究结果表明,采用颗粒整形物理强化处理的再生细骨料在各项性能上均有显著提升,砂的类别由粗砂变为中砂,含泥量下降3.8%,压碎指标值减少7%,其中再生胶砂需水量比由1.31下降到1.26,强度比由粗砂的0.96下降到中砂的0.93,其品质由国家II类骨料标准提升到了I类。采用有机硅防水剂化学强化处理的再生细骨料较未经过化学强化处理也有一定提升,并且在处理方式上浸渍处理要优于喷淋处理,压碎指标值由24%降至14%,降低幅度达到41.7%,再生胶砂需水量比也减少了0.11。关键词:再生细骨料;颗粒整形;化学喷淋;化学浸渍;再生胶砂中图分类
