1、高层建筑防火和疏散设计 摘要：随着我国经济的不断发展与繁荣，高层建筑不断增多，但高层建筑重大火灾也时有发生。而造成这一情况的原因，往往与高层建筑数量多、体量大并且功能也越来越复杂的特点息息相关。由于不同类型的高层建筑是人们生活和生产的主要场所，同时更是财产高度集中的场所，因此可以说对人们的危害是最直接、最严重的就是高层建筑火灾，所以近年来火灾防治的主要方面就是高层建筑火灾。近年来火灾的发生随着商业建筑的不断增多，组件呈现出上升的趋势。给而商业建筑的防火和安全疏散设计在其大规模、大空间、多功能的特点下往往会比普通建筑的
