2、酰胺(PA)6一羟基硅油共聚物,使用傅里叶变换红外光谱、热失重分析对产物的结构和热性能进行表征,测试了共聚物的吸水性、抗静电性能和力学性能,并将其与先前制备的PA6一聚醚硅油共聚物的性能进行比较。结果表明,反应确实生成了软硬段以酯基相连接的共聚物;共聚物的起始热分解温度在400~C以上,具备良好的热稳定性;羟基硅油的加入有效降低了PA6的表面电阻率,稳定在1On级别;共聚物的吸水率随羟基硅油含量上升趋于稳定;羟基硅油对PA6有良好的增韧作用;PA6一羟基硅油共聚物的抗静电能力要低于PA6一聚醚硅油共聚物,
