1、86第41卷,第3期工程塑料应用Vo1.41,NO.32013年3月ENGINEERINGPLASTICSAPPLICATIoNMat.2Ol3doi:lO.3969/j.issn.1001-3539.2013.03.019双层共挤木塑复合地板的性能表征黄东辉(张家港联冠环保科技有限公司,江苏张家港215625)摘要:以废旧塑料、木粉及抗氧剂等助剂为原料,利用共挤出的方法,制备了带有表层和芯层的木塑复合地板,主要对表层材料进行改性而不考虑芯层材料的耐候等性能,测试了该木塑复合地板的物理力学、抗低温和耐候性能。结果表明,双层共挤制备的木塑复合地板的拉伸强度为23.98MP
2、a,弯曲强度和弯曲弹性模量分别为38.53MPa和3200MPa,弯曲破坏载荷为4300N,高于单层挤出的木塑复合地板(3300N),且其经循环冻融实验后的保持率为98.7%,低温落锤冲击下无破裂,吸水率为0.17%,,加热后尺寸变化率为0.12%,氧化诱导期为77.5min,远高于单层挤出的木塑复合地板(15.4min),具有较好的综合性能。该木塑复合地板同时达到了日本木塑地板性能测试标准的要求,有效解决了因回收废旧塑料批次不稳定而产生颜色、耐候性、尺寸变化率、弯曲性能波动或不佳等问题,扩大了废旧塑料的利用范围,具有较高的性价比。关键词:共挤;氧化诱导;耐候性;增强中
