1、第34卷第2期矿冶工程Vo1.34№22014年o4月MININGANDMETALLURGICALENGINEERINGApril2014防渗电解锰渣库流固耦合稳定性分析①刘宁,甘宇宁,陈兵(1.上海交通大学,上海200240;2.深圳市胜义环保有限公司,广东深圳518067)摘要:以电解锰工程性质为基础,使用流固耦合的极限平衡法,对铺膜防渗锰渣库的边坡稳定性进行了分析。分析表明,铺膜防渗显著降低了锰渣库边坡的稳定性。库底导渗系统对维持锰渣库边坡稳定性发挥着至关重要的作用。山谷型铺膜防渗锰渣库在运行期间的边坡抗滑稳定安全系数可能低于终期抗滑稳定安全系数,运行前期
2、渣库快速上升阶段安全系数为最低,而最危险滑动面经过防渗膜与锰渣的界面。因此,锰渣库初期坝上游坡面和底部设计坝高持力区不应使用光面膜,而应当使用双糙面膜。库底导渗系统须有足够的抗压能力,以保证其长期发挥作用。渣库运行前期应增加导渗体的密度,加速锰渣排水固结。关键词:锰渣库;边坡稳定;安全系数;高密度聚乙烯膜中图分类号:TU411文献标识码:Adoi:10.3969/j.issn.0253—6099.2014.02.005文章编号:0253—6099(2014)02—0o2O一05SlopeStabilityAnalysisforElectrolyticMangan

7、e.Thebottomdrainagesystemshouldhavesufficientbearingcapacitytoensurelong—termperformanceunderhighpressure.Furthermoredrainagesystemshouldbeinstalledinamoredensearrangementduringearlystagesoftailingspondoperationtofacilitateconsolidationofmanganeseslagandstabilityofmanganeseslagslope.
