1、第32卷第2期矿冶工程V01.32№22012年04月MININGANDMETALLURGICALENGEEIUNGApril2012福建某高硫、低品位复杂多金属矿选矿试验研究①陈军,刘苗华,肖金雄,刘忠荣,石云良(长沙矿冶研究院有限责任公司,湖南长沙410012)摘要:福建某高硫低品位复杂多金属铅锌硫化矿的硫含量高达25.40%,铅锌品位很低,有用矿物产出形式较为复杂,交代穿插现象多见,嵌布粒度分布不均。经研究探索后,采用阶段磨矿阶段浮选流程,铅、锌、硫依次优先浮选。确定了合适的工艺流程和合理的药剂制度,第一段磨矿粒度为一0.074mm粒级
2、占85.74%,获得铅锌粗精矿;铅锌粗精矿分别再磨至一0.045inln粒级占90%左右,铅回路采用一粗、四精、二扫流程,锌回路采用一粗、四精、二扫,硫回路采用一粗、一精工艺流程,小型闭路流程试验获得了铅品位42.13%,回收率64.25%的铅精矿,铅精矿中含锌5.47%;锌矿物锌品位40.27%,回收率61.07%,锌精矿中含铅1.07%,硫精矿硫品位为43.31%,回收率为85.48%,硫精矿中含铅锌分别为0.14%和0.58%。关键词:浮选;复杂多金属矿;铅;锌;硫化矿;优先浮选中图分类号:TD923文献标识码:A文章编号:0253—6
