1、第21卷第1期中国矿业Vol_21。No.12012年1月CHINAMININGMAGAZINEJan.2012排山楼金矿采空区充填技术研究任凤玉,翟会超,曹建立,常帅(东北大学,辽宁沈阳110819)摘要:本文根据排山楼金矿采空区稳定到亚稳定的现状,以及地表尾矿库需要保护程度的要求,提出留“L”字形保安矿柱和从地表打井分区充填采空区的综合治理方案。其中北侧空区稳定性较好,用VCR法从地表掘井后,用废石充填+碎石混凝土接顶。南侧空区目前处于亚稳定状态,采取钻孔监控下逐步充填方案,即从稳定性较好部位向稳定性较差部位依次打井充填。在充填井的施工与充填
2、过程中,用钻孑L监测空区冒落状况,建立报警系统,确保施工安全。此外,对于南侧空区,还考虑了一旦冒透地表后的散体充填黄泥的防渗处理预案。目前该方案正在实施中,其中北侧空区已用VCR法凿井42m。初步实施效果与分析表明,上述监控充填方案,能够较好地适应空区围岩的稳定状态,可使空区得到安全、经济、高效治理。关键词:空区处理;RG录像监测;VCR法;黄泥注浆中图分类号:TD853.34文献标识码:B文章编号:1004—4051(2012)O1—0072—03StudyontechnologyofminedoutareafillinginPaishanlo
