1、摘要21世纪以来，金融所扮演的角色愈加重要，农村金融为农村经济发展做出巨大的贡献。我国特有“三农”问题的解决，关键在于发展农村经济和增加农民收入，这都直接或间接依赖于农村金融的发展和支持，本文对我国金融供给现状进行研究，在研究过程中主要从正规金融的供给现状和非正规的供给现状两方面进行分析，接着提出问题：我国农村金融的供给不能有效满足我国农村金融的需求。一方面，“三农”建设需要大量资金，而农村中的很多正规金融机构又像“抽水机”一样吸走、输出大量资金给非农业。另一方面，农村非正规金融机构作为补充机构，由于

2、其存在的不规范性而出现一系列的问题，这使得农村非正规金融的出现并没能有效地缓和农村金融供求的失衡。最后指出我国农村金融供给现状形成的原因，并据此提出系列相关的建议。关键词:经济增长农村金融供给4AbstractSincetwenty-firstCentury,thefinancialplaysmoreandmoreimportantroles,theruralfinancetomakegreatcontributionstothedevelopmentofruraleconomy.Tosolvethe
