1、伊洛前列素联合抗凝治疗12例次大面积肺栓塞的疗效观察［摘要］目的评价伊洛前列素联合抗凝治疗次大面积肺栓塞患者的疗效。方法2011年5月〜2013年5月我院收治次大面积肺栓塞患者12例，常规予抗凝治疗后应用伊洛前列素（2.5〜5.0）Ug/15min,每日6次吸入。对比吸入前后患者超声心动图、血氧饱和度、心率、呼吸频率、肺功能（PEF、FEV1、FVC、FEF、FEVE、MVV）0结果吸入伊洛前列素后，各项观测指标较吸入前相比均有不同程度的改善，与吸入前相比，除PEF和FEF两项外，差异均具有统计学意义（P［关键词］次大面积肺栓塞；抗凝治疗；伊洛前列素［中图分类号］
