2、45200)摘要:【目的】进一步论证桑蚕鲜茧直接缫丝的可行性,为今后在实际生产中推广应用提供参考依据。【方法】在无煮茧工艺的基础上,对比分析采用桑蚕鲜茧直接缫丝与干茧缫丝成绩的差异。【结果】与桑蚕干茧缫丝相比,桑蚕鲜茧直接缫丝可提高解舒率,降低万米吊糙,提高运转率、运转车速、台时产量,减少生丝纤度均方差和最大偏差,但生丝的清洁、洁净程度较差,进而导致生丝的综合等级稍低。【结论】以桑蚕鲜茧直接缫丝是可行的,但不适用于高品位、高等级生丝的缫制。关键词:蚕茧;缫丝;鲜茧;干茧;缫丝成绩中图分类号:TSl43.223文献标志码:A文章编号:2095—1191(2014)05—0887
