1、桥梁建设2017年第47卷第2期(总第243期)BridgeConstruction,Vol.47,No.2,2017(TotallyNo.243)95文章编号:1003-4722(2017)02-0095-05某悬索斜拉索组合式跨越管桥的换索设计高洪波,丁志凯(中交第二公路勘察设计研究院有限公司,湖北武汉430052)摘要:某(320+500+225)m悬索斜拉索组合式跨越管桥,运营多年后索结构出现防腐保护层老化、破损,钢丝锈蚀严重,索体松弛等病害。为保障管桥结构和运营安全,对全桥主缆、吊索及斜拉索进行更换设计。新索全部采用镀锌钢丝绳。采用整体置换法更换主
2、缆,在锚固墩和塔顶设计新主缆通道,按设计空缆线形架设新主缆;采用单根置换法更换所有吊索,新主缆逐步替代旧主缆;采用单根置换法更换斜拉索,从桥塔向跨中逐根进行,北塔和南塔同步;所有缆索更换完后,进一步调整索力和线形;最后参照公路桥梁缆索的防腐技术对所有新索进行防腐处理,并拆除旧主缆。采用MIDASCivil2012进行换索计算,结果表明结构受力均满足规范要求。该管桥已于2015年底成功完成换索,目前运营情况良好。关键词:悬索斜拉索组合式桥;跨越管桥;主缆;吊索;斜拉索;更换设计;有限元法中图分类号:U448.19;U445.7文献标志码:ADesignofCa

6、emptyloadcables.Alltheslingswerereplacedslingbyslingandthenewmaincablesweretoreplacetheexistingonesgradually.Thestaycableswerereplacedcablebycablefromthetowerstowardsthemidspanandsynchronouslyfromthetowersonboththenorthandsouthsides.Afterallthecableswerereplaced,theforcesandgeometr
