2、了设计的基本过程，同时，对其中关键的基于性能的基础隔震结构的性能目标、基础隔震结构设计方法、隔震层的设计等方面做了重点的介绍。将基础隔震结构的性能划分为三个水准，并将基础隔震RC框架、框架一剪力墙结构的性能水平进行了量化；利用直接基于位移的设计方法对基础隔震进行设计，给出了设计步骤；由隔震结构的阻尼比和求得的等效刚度对隔震层进行设计。关键词：基于性能的设计；基于位移的设计；基础隔震结构；性能目标中图分类号：TU352．1文献标识码：A文章编号：1008—1933(2010)04—153—05Frameworkonperformance—basedseism
