1、HLM6软件操作中国人民大学统计学院陈堰平分层线性模型(HierarchicallinearModel，简称HLM，又称多层线性模型，MultilevelLinearModel)，HLM6.0是分层线性模型软件，包含线性和非线性部分，可以读取大部份统计软件的数据如SPSS,SAS,SYSTAT及STATA等等。HLM常用于社会科学和行为科学，因为它常有嵌套结构(NestedStructure)的数据，因此需用次模型(Sub-Model)或分层线性模型(HierarchicalModel)，HLM就是设计来专门解决此类问

2、题的，HLM提供的模型包括2-levelmodels、3-levelmodels、HierarchicalGeneralizedLinearModels(HGLM)和HierarchicalMultivariateLinearModels(HMLM)等。HLM6的五个模块TheHLMprogramencompasses5modulesthatmaybeusedtofitdifferenttypesofmodels:TheHLM2moduleisusedtofittwo-levellinearandnon-linear(

3、HGLM)models.Itoffersthewidestarrayofspecialfeatures,output,andhypothesistestingoptions.TheHLM3moduleisusedtofitthree-levellinearandnon-linear(HGLM)models.TherangeoffeaturesaresimilartothatofHLM2.TheHMLMmoduleallowsestimationofmultivariatenormalmodelsfromincomple

4、tedata.WithintheframeworkofHMLM,itispossibletoestimatemodelshavingAnunrestrictedcovariancestructure,thatisafullcovariancematrix.Amodelwithhomogenouslevel-1varianceandrandominterceptsand/orslopesatlevel-2.Amodelwithheterogeneousvariancesatlevel1(adifferentvarianc

5、eforeachoccasion)andrandominterceptsand/orslopesatlevel2.Amodelthatincludesalog-linearstructureforthelevel-1varianceandrandominterceptsand/orslopesatlevel2.Amodelwithfirst-orderauto-regressivelevel-1randomerrorsandrandominterceptsand/orslopesatlevel2.HMLM2allows

6、forstudyofmultivariateoutcomesforpersonswhoare,inturn,nestedwithinhigher-levelunitsandofferssimilarmodelingfeaturesasHMLM.TheHCM2moduleisusedfortwo-levelcross-classifiedrandomeffectsmodels,wherelower-levelunitsarecross-classifiedbytwohigher-levelunits.原始数据的格式：SP
