2、扩增效果稳定,选择准确率接近95%,说明该标记完全可以用于标记育种实践;标i_gBYL7在选择上具有一定的效率,但效率不高;通过接种鉴定,在Bc:噼体中有16株具有Xa23、bph20(f)双基因聚合个体。【结论】利用与Xa23紧密连锁的标idCl89,与bph20(t)紧密连锁的标i已BYI.7进行分子标记辅助选择,从BC:F:群体中培育出具有抗白叶枯病和褐飞虱双抗基因的个体。证明分子标记方法聚合是一个简单有效培育水稻多抗性的方法。关键词:水稻分子标记辅助选择;Xa23;bph20(t);基因聚合中图分类号:$511.035文献标识码:A文章编号:2095一1191(2011
