3、tyofhigh-speedaerostaticbearing—rotorsystemwerecarriedout．Inthispaper，withturbinedrivenandthecontroloftheelectricalproportionalvalve，vibrationofthissys‘ternwastestedandanalyzedonvariousworkingconditions．Theresultsdemonstratethatthecriticalspeedisincreasedwiththeincreaseoft

4、hebearingsupplypressure．However，thechangeofthevibrationamplitudeisopposite，whichisreducedwiththeincreaseofthebearingsupplypressure．Themethodofsecondafcontrollingthesupplypressurecansuficientlyinhibitthevi‘brationamplitudeofthecriticalspeedregionwithinacertainrange，andthesy
