1、太赫兹波段光子晶体光纤传感特性摘要AbstractPCFisalsoknownasMicro-structuredopticalFiberorHoleyFiber.SincetheperiodicstructureofrefractiveindexofthePCFcancontrolthemotionofphotonsfreely,itmakesPCFpossessmanymoreattractivefeaturesthanelectroncrystalmaterials.Soitgivesusalotofroomfordesigningandconst

2、ructing，whichmakesPCFhaveobviousadvantagesinsensingandcommunication.ThereactionofLC，srefractiveindextothechangeoftheexternalelectricfieldismoresensitivethanothers,sowecaninfiltratetheairholesofPCFwithLCselectively.ThenweadjusttheparametersofPCFbychangingthevoltageofappliedelectri

3、cfield.PCFevanescentwavesensordesigninbiology-basedandchemistry-basedreceivedwidespreadattentioninparticular.Weusedthefiniteelementmethodtoanalyzeandcalculateitssensingcapability.Weprovidedatheoreticalreferenceforcorrespondingtheoreticalstudy.Thispaperincludesthefollowing:Theconc

4、eptofthephotoniccrystalsandphotoniccrystalfiberwereintroduced.Themainfeaturesofphotoniccrystalfiberswereintroduced.SodidthestatusofthePCFapplicationsinsensors.ThepaperdescribestheclassificationandphysicalpropertiesofLC,focusingontheopticalpropertiesofliquidcrystals.WegettheLC'spr

5、operties,dataandtheexpression,whichprovidesareliabletheoreticalbasisforthetransmissiontheoryofthePCFfilledwithLC.ThecalculationmethodusingintheanalysisofthePCFsensingproperties.WefocusedonthefiniteelementmethodbecausethesoftwareCOMSOLisbasedonthismethod.WeuseCOMSOLandMATLABtodosi

6、mulationoffourdifferentconstructions.AndwereceivedtheperformanceparametersofthePCFinfiltratedbyLC5CB.WechangetheLC，srefractiveindexbychangingtheexternalelectricfield.Thesepropertiesincludeeffectiverefractiveindex,thenormalizedfrequency,theeffectivecorearea,numericalapertureandwav

7、eguidedispersion.Itprovidesreferencestodesignvoltagesensingterahertzwaveguidedeviceusedforcorrespondingdemands.Weproposedtwokindsoftwin-corePCFstructures.WeusesoftwareCOMSOLtosimulatetwostructuresanduseMATLABtocalculateandanalyzetheparametersweobtain.Weachievedsomesensingproperty
