3、drawingsorinstructionstoPartyBDayspriortothedateofcommence,clearupallorpartsofthebuildings,andremovebarriers.PartyAwilltakeprotectivemeasuresfortheremainingfurnitureandfurnishings.PartyAalsoneedstoprovidewater,electricity,gasandtelecommunications,and
4、indicatemattersneedingattentiontoPartyB.PartyAwillberesponsibleforgoingthroughalltheapplicationsandapprovalproceduresrelatedtotheproject.2.2PartyAassignstobetherepresentative.Hewillberesponsibleforthesupervisionandcontrolovertheproject,andhandletheac
5、ceptance,alteration,registrationformalities.2.3PartyAentrustswiththeconstructionsupervisionofthisproject.Thesupervisioncompanyappointstobethegeneralsupervisionengineer,clarifieshisresponsibilitiesinthesupervisioncontract,andsubmitscopyofthecontractto
6、PartyB.2.4PartyAshallberesponsibleforprotectingthesurroundingbuildings,equipments,pipelines,treesandlandscapingfrombeingdamaged,andbearcorrespondingcosts.2.5Ifitisreallynecessarytochangetheoriginalbuildingstructureorpipelines,PartyAshallberesponsible
7、forgoingthroughthecorrespondingapprovalprocedures.2.6PartyAwillcoordinatewithrelevantdepartmentstodoon-sitesecurity,fireprotection,wastedisposal,etc.,andbearthecorrespondingcosts.3.PartyB’sResponsibilities3.1PartyBmustbeavailabletoattendmeetingsorgan
