2、薄膜(2-2型)。利用XRD分析了薄膜的相组成,运用SEM研究了薄膜表面和断面的微观形貌,并研究了薄膜的铁磁和磁电耦合性能。研究表明,低浓度的CFO前驱体溶液能显著改善薄膜的微观形貌,磁电复合薄膜多层纳米结构清晰平整。复合薄膜表现出良好的铁磁性能,磁场平行和垂直于薄膜表面的饱和磁化强度分别为298和272emu/em。随着外磁场(日)的增加,复合薄膜的磁电电压系数()有逐渐减小的趋势;在日接近0时,达到最大值。随着复合薄膜磁性层间距的减小,静磁耦合效应的增加,O/存在上升趋势。关键词:磁电复合材料;溶胶凝胶
