5、lereluctance,opticalandradar.Theautomotivesensormarketcontinuestogrowwithrespecttovehicleproductionlevelinrecognitionofthetransitiontoelectronicallycontrolledelectricallyactuatedsystems.Theenvironmentforthesesensorscontinuestobeincreasinglychallengingwithrespecttorobustness,reliability,
6、qualityandcost.1.IntroductionToday’svehiclesarepervadedwithadiverserangeofsensorsprovidingcriticaldataforperformance,safety,comfortandconveniencefunctions.Themeasurementofinletmanifoldabsolutepressureinearlyignitionandfuellingcontrolsystemswasoneofthefirstandmostsuccessfulautomotiveappl
