1、水轮发电机组论文:水轮发电机组振动摆度测量及故障分析系统设计与实现【中文摘要】随着现代技术的迅速发展,水轮发电机组的单机容量越来越大,结构也更加复杂,随之而来的机组稳定性问题也日益突出。随着国民经济的迅速发展,一大批大、中型甚至巨型水电机组陆续投入运行,其稳定性尤为重要,如果不加以控制,将造成严重事故。因此,对机组运行时的振动状态进行实时监测并开展振动故障分析显得十分重要。本论文在研究现状分析的基础上确定了水轮发电机组振动摆度测量系统的总体设计;设计了用于确定振动方位的轴位信号发生器以及用于产生准确采样频率的采样频率发生器;研究了传感器标定、采样频率控
2、制、信号数字滤波、通频幅值计算以及快速频谱分析的计算方法与软件实现;提出了基于快速频谱分析的专家诊断法。本系统可用于水电厂进行振动摆度的巡回检测和故障分析,本系统的应用可以提高机组运行的稳定性,防止振动摆度过大而引起的故障停机。【英文摘要】Alongwithmoderntechnicalofquickdevelopment,thesinglemachinecapacityofthewaterturbo-generatorsetismoreandmorebig,thestructureisalsomorecomplicated,andthemachine
