1、摘要随着锅炉朝着大容量、高参数的方向发展,超临界机组的特点日益显现:大大降低了煤耗,节约了能源,减少了排污量,提高了经济效益。本文介绍了超临界机组的控制特点,并结合具体的直流锅炉,对主汽温的工业流程进行了详细说明。随后通过机理分析,得到了超临界直流锅炉主汽温的动态数学模型,并对直流锅炉主汽温的粗调、细调控制方案进行了相关介绍。最后,结合所建立的机理模型,分别采用P工D串级和模糊P工D串级进行仿真,验证了模型的合理性,以及模糊控制对系统性能的改善作用。关键词:超临界机组,直流锅炉,主汽温,建模,模糊控
